No. For crypto-to-crypto swaps there is no registration, no email, and no identity verification of any kind. Just open the app and swap. If you use the fiat on-ramp to enter crypto for the first time, the regulated partner handles their own KYC — MoneroSwap never sees your ID.
MoneroSwap is a routing interface, not a direct exchange. When you initiate a swap, we route your order through established non-KYC swap providers, aggregate competitive rates, and deliver crypto directly to your wallet. We do not take custody at any point.
Every swap comes with an order ID. In the Telegram bot (@Monerofunbot), status updates are shown in real time — waiting for deposit, confirming, exchanging, and complete. You can also use the /status command with your order ID at any time.
If a swap cannot be completed, your funds are returned to the refund address you provide before sending. Always enter a valid refund address — omitting it means we cannot return funds automatically if the swap fails.
MoneroSwap includes a small service fee in the exchange rate shown before you confirm. The rate you see is the rate you get — no hidden charges added after confirmation.
